Our high-end 20ft Apple Cabin delivers a compact luxury modular living unit with optimized overall dimensions 2200×5900×2520mm. Boasting a minimalist all-white frame for modern aesthetics, it adopts a high-efficiency multi-layer wall structure built with 16mm embossed metal sheets, PU spray foam insulation, 8mm OSB panels and bamboo fiber boards.
The outer wall mixes horizontally laid Angel White embossed metal panels and teak WPC cladding, creating a classy natural visual effect. For interior decoration, FG9008 soft-touch bamboo fiber boards cover wall surfaces while DL 7003 Seoul Home soft-touch panels serve as ceiling materials. The floor is supported by premium magnesium oxide base plates, granting solid structural stability and long service life.

Q01: Can I fully customize the house? Is design service chargeable?
A: Wall panels, door & window styles, interior layout with kitchen and bathroom are all customizable. We provide free floor plans and simple renderings with no design fees. OEM production based on your CAD drawings is acceptable, and electrical wiring can be tailored to meet different national standards.
Q02: What is your MOQ and production lead time?
A: 1 unit is available for trial order. Standard models take 15-20 working days for production, while fully customized ones need 25-35 working days. Please arrange production in advance during peak seasons.
Q03: How many units fit into one 40HQ container? How about shipping packaging protection?
A: One 40HQ container can load 2 sets of 20ft expandable houses or 1 set of 40ft expandable house. The whole unit is folded and packed with corner protectors and stretch film. Small spare parts are packed in separate cartons to prevent damage during sea transportation.
Q04: What Incoterms can you accept?
A: We support EXW, FOB main China ports, CFR and CIF. We can cooperate with your appointed freight forwarder for shipment arrangement.
Q05: Is installation difficult? What foundation is required? How long does installation take?
A: 3-4 ordinary workers can install it easily, 4 hours for 20ft and 6 hours for 40ft, with free manuals and videos provided.
Optional wheeled trailer chassis or steel skid base is available. It will be regarded as mobile equipment to avoid complicated building permits. Normally place on hard flat ground directly, or use concrete piers on soft ground.
Q06: How durable is the house? Can it adapt to various climates?
A: Hot-dip galvanized steel frame boasts a service life over 30 years. Custom upgrades for typhoon resistance, heavy snow load, high temperature resistance for deserts and moisture proof for coastal areas are available. EPS / rockwool / PU sandwich panels are optional for fireproofing and thermal insulation demands.
Q07: What is your warranty and after-sales support?
A: 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects. Lifetime technical consultation for the steel frame structure. Consumables like hinges and sealing strips are supplied at cost price permanently. 24/7 online video guidance is available. We can dispatch engineers for on-site guidance for large projects upon negotiation.
Q08: Can the house be disassembled and relocated? Is multi-layer stacking allowed?
A: The house can be refolded, shipped and reinstalled for repeated use. Standard version can be stacked up to 2 floors, and reinforced customized structure supports 3-floor stacking.
